Boilermaker 2009

The 2009 Boilermaker in Utica New York was July 9-13.  Started with a volunteer dinner on where beef was served, a two day Health and Fitness Expo.  At the expo there was a beef culinary tent with cooking demos every hour and samples of delicious beef recipes. Lots of beef materials, brochures, and nutrition info provided.  And a bike challenge to see how much energy is produced after having a beef snack. Almost 12,000 participants in this years 15K race with 100 of them being part of Team ZIP to promote the active, healthy lifestyle beef helps one achive. click on photo for more
