The 2009 MATE show was a great success this year, we gave out over 4,000 pieces of beef materials, such as recipes, nutrition brochures, beef safety and checkoff information. The Montana Cattlewomen volunteered at the booth again this year, and on Saturday over 900 samples of a National Beef Cook-off recipes were given out. Thanks to everyone for all their help.

 Montana CattleWomen Volunteer Kae McCloy and Lisa provided 900 samples of the 2007 National Beef Cook-off winning recipe Crispy Beef Lettuce Wraps with Wowee Sauce on Saturday, February 21 at the MATE show.
